ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Thursday’s 98.3 TRY social dilemma came from Bridget after she had an argument with her neighbor. Here is his email:
I like. I’m a little upset about something that I think will make a good dilemma. Here is what happened. Two nights ago my neighbor’s car alarm went off in the middle of the night. It woke me up from a deep sleep. I didn’t think much about it at first, but my neighbor never came to turn it off. It made me nervous so after about ten minutes I called 911. Well the police came and checked everything and woke the neighbors up and finally everything was fine. The next day I called just to make sure they were okay, and they were mad at me for calling 911. They said I should have called them first. I just figured if they didn’t hear it after ten minutes of beeping, something must be wrong. They asked me to never do that again and things got a little cold. I don’t think I did anything wrong, do I? Would you have called the police or would you have called them? Thank you very much Jaime
It has happened to me before and I always texted my neighbor about it. Guess if I hadn’t gotten an answer I would have called 911. In the end, I don’t think Bridget did anything wrong.
What do you think? Let’s help her and let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
